The fuel of Phase I and Phase II of biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler comes from sanding powder, slats, wood residue produced in the process workshop of Guangxi Deli Wood Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Lelin Group Co., Ltd., and agricultural and forestry wastes such as cassava stalks, straws, firewood, and twigs, which are the "three residues" of agriculture and forestry around Long'an County. The annual consumption of agricultural and forestry waste is about 500,000 tons, the annual utilization hours of the unit is about 8000 hours, the annual power generation is about 320 million kwh, the annual heat supply is about 1 million tons, the annual output value is about RMB 320 million, the annual tax revenue is about RMB 16 million, the farmers' income increased by RMB 90 million, more than 100 jobs are created for the society, 130,000 tons of standard coal is saved, 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide is reduced, which is conducive to the optimization of the layout of the park and the beautification of the ecological environment of the park, and truly realizing a circular economy.

01Conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction
The new energy power plant mainly uses high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed biomass boiler + pumped condensing turbine generator unit for biomass cogeneration. The biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler is fueled by the production of sanding powder, slats, wood residue, bark, edge waste and other agricultural and forestry "leftovers" such as sugar cane leaves, cassava sticks, straw, firewood, and branches from the surrounding counties and cities. The annual consumption of agricultural and forestry waste in the power plant is about 1.2 million tons, saving 210000 tons of standard coal, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 380000 tons, which is conducive to reducing emissions and promoting the prevention and control of air pollution.

02Realization of industrial economic cycle
Deli New Energy Power Plant is built near the wood-based panel plant. The annual utilization hours of each power plant unit are about 8000 hours, the annual power generation is about 560 million kwh, and the annual heat supply is about 1.5 million tons. Therefore, the power plant can not only provide heat source for the company's process production, but also supply steam and heat to enterprises around the park.

03Assist in targeted poverty alleviation
Biomass power generation is characterized by a long industrial chain and strong driving force, and is an important carrier for the integrated development of agriculture, industry and service industry. Deli New Energy Power Plant needs to consume 1.2 million tons of biomass fuel from agricultural and forestry waste (wood bark, wood chaff, etc.) and 1.8 million tons of residues from logging areas such as branches and trimmings every year, creating more than 300 jobs for the local area around the industrial chain of acquisition, storage and transportation of agricultural and forestry "three leftovers", with an annual output value of about RMB 480 million. The annual output value is about RMB 480 million, and the annual tax revenue is about RMB 26 million, which increases the income of local farmers by more than RMB 100 million. It has made outstanding contributions to the county's poverty alleviation efforts.
